Anti-ragging Squad

As a precautionary measure to stop ragging and to keep watchful vigilance over the discipline of the institution, an anti-ragging committee has been constituted consisting the 5 members of the institute.

Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary Committee constituted for this institute, consisting the 5 members of this institute.

Purchase Committee

The Purchase committee constituted for this institute, consisting 5 members of this institute.

The Purchase committee will be decided and resolve all matters relating to procurement of material as and when required for the institute.

The quotation will be invited by all members and accordingly verification and comparative statement will be made by the purchase committee for procurement of material.

Admission Committee

To conduct free and fair admission in respect of affiliated trades of the DITI, the admission committee has been constituted, consisting the 5 members.

Hostel Committee

For smooth management of DITI Trainees Hostel, the hostel committee constituted consisting 6 members of the Institute.

Any discrepancies in boarders, Mess and Hostel occurs in the DITI trainees hostel, Rajgangpur, committee will report to the Principal of the institute.

Anti-toxin committee

In accordance with Cell Phone, Gutkha and other toxicities free environment in DITI premises, The Anti-toxin committee reconstituted consisting 5 members will vigilant on Tabaco free environment of this Institute and surprise checking to be made by them, minimum twice in a week as per their convenient time.

If any toxicities found with the trainees the committee will inform the principal of the institute for further action which may deem fit against the accuse.

If mobile is found with any trainee immediately to be seized by any member of committee and same to be deposited before the office of DITI for further action. The committee will execute the above work very strictly.

Evaluation Committee

In view of improvement of skill of the trainees, a viva-voice committee constituted consisting 7 members of the institute.

The committee will act as a team of practical examiner to conduct viva-voice test of trainees of different trades once in a week surprisingly.

Head of the committee will co-ordinate with OCL/L&T/ nearby Industries for conducting viva-voice test at least once in a quarterly which will be industrial need.

Both Viva-voice test to be conducted and its report should be maintained date wise in a register with signature of member present.

This is modify training Pattern which to be imparted to the trainees of this institute in which minimum 60% of the candidates should be succeeded in any campus/off campus drive.

The institute is located at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh, a district in western part of Odisha on the Howrah Mumbai Main line of South Eastern Railway by the side of No. 10 state highway, Connecting Sambalpur to Rourkela
