General Rules & Regulation

Every student of the institute has to abide by a set of rules and regulation of the Institute and hostel. He should not involve himself in any objectionable conduct such as violation of any order/ instruction of the authority concerned, hostel rules and regulations, immoral conduct of any kind including ragging.

• The minimum compulsory attendance for trainees in regard to their eligibility for the All India Trade Test (AITT) 80% of the actual number of working days, in individual subject.
• In case the student absent himself for more than 50% of the actual working days for whatever reasons, he will not be allowed to continue the training.
• For better training performance a student should have not less than 80% attendance, which is meticulously followed. In case of below average and irregular students, the progress and attendance information are given to the guardians to make such students reformative. The student found irregular in attendance either will be detained in the class till he secures prescribed percentage of attendance or finally discharged from the Institute.
• Student shall conduct themselves within & outside the premises of the Institute in manner benefitting the student of premier Institute.
• Student shall show due respect to the teachers & staff of the institute, including Superintendent / Asst. Superintendent of hostel. Proper courtesy should be extended to the employees of the Institution and of the hostel. They shall also play due attention and courtesy to the visitors.
• Students are required to show friendly attitude to fellow students, In particular the students should be kid and considerate to the new students being admitted to the institute every year .
• The cost of properties damaged due to negligence of a trainee will be recovered from the concern trainee.
• The decision of the principal will be final in all matters and disputes through the committee if any.
• Once admitted no refund of fees shall be allowed.
• Dispute if any will be settled by the management of the Institute.
• Original certificates will not be refunded to the trainees before appearing final semester.
• Each trainee will have to maintain punctuality, Regularity & Sincerity in the Institute.
• A candidate should free from criminal / antisocial activity and no case pending under the court of justice.
